We partner with the property owners to ensure the properties are well maintained and up to code  in addition to offering thorough tenant screening to attract responsible tenants. Once the screening process is complete and approved the prospective tenant is provided 24 hr web access to their tenant account where they can make payments, check their account balance, submit a maintenance request or send a message to our TDG’s management staff.
