Each tenant application is evaluated based on credit, rental history, employment verification and criminal background checks.

Full - Service Leasing

TDG uses a professionally prepared e-leases and ensures all contracts are executed correctly. The new tenant will receive education that will assist them in preserving your property's value. All rents, deposits and fees will be handled in accordance with financial and legal regulations and recorded in your owner's online account.

Advertising & Marketing

TDG will set competitive monthly rental rates based on local area analysis and advertise your property on high traffic rental websites in addition to rental yard signs that will attract drive-by prospective renters. We will provide guidance on how to make your property rent-ready.

Maintenance & Repairs

TDG Property Management has partnered with a broad network of vendors and contractors to handle property maintenance and repair work with an aim at driving down costs to the owner.

Compliant Evictions

Although strict tenant screening is adhered to, occasionally a tenant may need to be evicted. If the lease contract is breached, TDG will manage these occurrences based on state landlord and tenant laws and will take the necessary legal steps to minimize owner cost and get the property leased again.

Online Communication

A secure online account is created for owners, tenants and vendors to initiate any communication with TDG Property Management, e.g. check account status, pay rent online, request maintenance, check financial reports or submitting invoices for work rendered, etc. You can acceess your account from your desktop or mobile device.

Regular Inspections

TDG Staff will conduct move-in, move-out and periodic inspections to insure the property value is maintained. These inspections will be photographed and documented.

On -Time Rent Collection

TDG provides the tenant with an online portal to pay rent and is deposited into your account within 3 days of receipt.

Accounting & Reporting

TDG is excited to announce we have migrated to 'Buildium', a sophisticated property management portal designed to blend technology and property management functions in one place. Each property owner is provided an online password protected account for access to their customized financial reports so you can easily check income, expenses, vacancies, etc.
